KAPPA SIGMA EPSILON ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

building a brighter FUTURE
OUR MISSION

Provide the means of communication necessary in order for the Brothers of Kappa Sigma Epsilon to maintain an active involvement with each other beyond the college years.

Guide and assist each active chapter in accordance with the traditions and constitution of Kappa Sigma Epsilon.

Kappa Sigma Epsilon was first chartered at Alfred State college in 1954. Our history extends well into the late 1800s. The deep brotherhood that we possess is what has kept us alive and present this long. We pride ourselves on developing close long-lasting relationships with each other, as well as with our sisters at Delta Chi Omega. You can expect to keep this friendship from this point on until the end of time and every stop in between. Our brotherhood spans around the world with brothers living in close proximity of each other in Colorado, California, Arizona, Florida, and Michigan just to name a few. We strive to develop brothers who posses leadership ability to cultivate our brotherhood's daily activities as well as strong social skills to enjoy our many social functions including our alumni reunion ball held every three years.

1953 KAPPA SIGMA KAPPA was found in Alfred, on March 28th 1953 as an ALPHA TAU Fraternity. They were initiated into KAPPA SIGMA KAPPA as a New York Epsilon Chapter.

1954 the brothers voted on a constitution to become localized, a step which was necessitated by the State University of New York. Making this the first KAPPA SIGMA EPSILON in the world to be known as ALPHA Chapter.
